Separation Rate Up to 98%: The large cyclone separator, optimized with airflow dynamics, efficiently separates non-adhered powder during spraying, ensuring high-quality powder re-enters the recovery cycle.
Rapid Color Change: The smooth inner wall of the cyclone, combined with automatic cleaning functionality, greatly reduces cleaning time during color changes, improving equipment turnover rate.
Nanofiltration: The secondary recovery system uses high-performance imported polyester fiber cartridges, effectively capturing fine dust particles.
Clean Emissions: The filtered air fully complies with national environmental emission standards, allowing direct indoor recirculation, saving factory air conditioning energy costs.

Polymer Composite Panels / Stainless Steel Interior: The booth body is made of anti-static, non-powder-adhering material. The bottom is equipped with automatic cleaning devices (air knives or brushes) to prevent powder accumulation.
User-Friendly Operation Station: Features a dedicated manual touch-up station and observation window, allowing workers to monitor spray quality in real-time.
PLC Touchscreen Integrated Management: Uses a large industrial touchscreen for one-touch control of fan start/stop, pulse cleaning, reciprocator stroke, and powder pump supply.
