The unique direct powder supply from the original powder box technology eliminates the tedious steps of cleaning traditional powder buckets, allowing your coating process to leap from "hour-level color change" to "minute-level switching."
Direct Box Supply: No need to transfer powder; place a commercially available original powder cardboard box directly onto the black vibrating base.
Efficient Fluidized Extraction: The base uses high-frequency micro-vibration to keep the powder constantly loose. Combined with the angled design of the suction pump, it ensures the powder inside the box is thoroughly emptied, with no waste or dead corners.
Intuitive LCD Display: Equipped with a large digital control screen, voltage (kV) and current (µA) parameters are clearly visible, supporting micron-level performance fine-tuning.
One-Touch Preset Modes: Built-in three standard modes for flat parts, complex workpieces, and respray parts, greatly enhancing production flexibility.
